Definitely the best of the best!

I am a recovering addict... I also am a chronic relapser which caused me to end up in 15+ treatment facilities throughout the South Florida region which is also my home. I know my fair share of treatment problems, for example, the client to staff ratio, at the Good Life Treatment Center is a very personal relationship with staff and the owners. Mike Rappa and Patrick Murphy are on a first name personal basis with every client and stay involved so it's like a tight-knit family. The treatment itself is absolutely amazing. The counselors are more than qualified in all areas and care about every client personally and individually. The facility and housing are absolutely amazing.. brand new beds a volleyball court apartment/community housing.. not a bunch of guys crammed into a house.. they are very understanding and provide the perfect environment and treatment setting for any client and their family to recover in the process... Definitely the best of the best!

On August 30, 2016, I️ did my intake for IOP and Halfway living with the Good Life Treatment Center. They loved me and took care of me until I️ was able to love myself and take care of myself. The owners of TGL actually care about their clients. Never have I encountered a place where you can contact any of the staff or owners whenever you need to. They are always there for you. The staff are all friendly and treat you with respect. The people of TGL helped me tremendously. They do business in the proper way and are there for you even after you leave their program. Without them, I do not know where I'd be today. Very thankful and very appreciative. Overall, a great place with great staff.

Amazing

The Good Life is where I would want my family member or friend to be when they are the most fragile, sick, and in need of help. The clinical staff is amazing and truly treats each person individually to help them succeed in long term sobriety and the owners are very involved and always available. Also, the different residence homes that the clients live in during treatment are very homey, comfortable, and clean. It can be really overwhelming and scary to try and find the right treatment, this treatment center has my complete confidence.

I got my life back.

Are you actually serious about wanting a better life, and putting the drugs and alcohol down for good? Then, this is the place. South Flordia is packed full of treatment centers and I thought I have been to some of the “best” ones around, but none is compared to this place. The owners Mike and Kelly are actively involved, are at clinical everyday, and even lead some group therapy sessions! I am so grateful for them, for they have given me my life back. I have received so many tools from them, to live a “Good Life”. If you are ready to change your life for once and for all and get your freedom back search no further, for this place. Top-Notch Facility

The Good Life Treatment Center far exceeded my expectations. Not only do I have experience as someone who has been a client in a facility, but I have also worked in the field for several years. The Good Life is a genuine top-notch facility filled with staff who truly put client care as a priority. Recently my family was in crisis and needed care for a family member who was on a path to certain death as a direct result of drug abuse. Michael Rappa and his staff worked quickly and diligently to fly our family members from the northeast to South Florida. What started as a 30-day stay has become a 6 month positive and forward-moving journey. TGL is as good as it gets.

In a time where Palm Beach County treatment facilities are getting a lot of negative attention, it brings one relief knowing there are great places like The Good Life. From their above-board business ethics to the compassionate and evidence-based care their patients receive, to the genuineness and authenticity that their President embodies that lays the foundation of what the entire program is built upon. As a community advocate, I can say that I wish we had more facilities that provide all that TGL does. I googled TGL to get the number to send to a friend, and I was broken-hearted to see the negative reviews- especially when it is clear that they were left by a rogue operator that TGL actively fights against. Rest assured, TGL is as good as it gets.

It was the first time I felt SAFE.

May of 2016, Mike and Kelly graciously allowed me into their center. They allowed me into their family. We had a very tight-knit group there and I never felt more at home than I did then. It was the first time since I had been in Florida that I actually felt SAFE. I felt like I could heal here. They helped me with SO MUCH. I got my food stamps back. They helped me get my license from out of state again (which had been putting a damper on my job hunt), and they even took me and another girl to the Social Security office so we could get new cards. This place went out of their way to help me succeed, and I did. I had a very good job and an amazing support network. This place truly gave me a foundation of "recovery is possible". I am so incredibly grateful for the people I met and for Mike and Kelly. I still keep in contact with them and a lot of the people I lived with.

This place saved my life.
